Linde-Griffith installed 1500+ Full Displacement Piles at varying depths below grade for this brand new apartment complex.
Originally, the project called for Tapertube piles to be installed as deep foundation elements; however, the tapertube failed to achieve the 75-ton capacity until refusal at 110’ beneath grade surface. Thus, Linde-Griffith was called in to install Full Displacement Piles which were able to achieve a 75-ton capacity at 55-60 feet beneath grade surface saving the owner millions of dollars.
