Linde-Griffith installed 1,465 H-piles to depths of 25-feet to 65-feet for a new apartment complex with adjacent structures in close proximity. Linde-Griffith utilized 1 Junttan pile rig for the entire project. Automotive and pedestrian traffic made this site extremely challenging due to limited road access for deliveries and mobilization. The groundwater table level was extremely high, about 4’-7’ below existing site elevations but due to excellent dewatering, sheet pile installation and site coordination, Linde-Griffith successfully completed the project.
