Linde-Griffith was contracted to drill micropiles around the base of the Statue of Liberty’s pedestal. The Statue of Liberty project posed challenges as the micropile location was extremely close to the adjacent Hudson River and Linde-Griffith had to take precautionary measures due to the importance of this iconic American landmark.
